Whether you call it the Equality State, The Cowboy State or just home sweet home, Wyoming has a host of great jobs for college graduates — thanks in no small part to the University of Wyoming. UW is the largest college in Wyoming, with about 10,000 undergraduate students enrolled. When we include University of Wyoming graduates with advanced degrees, median mid-career numbers don’t change, but median early career pay increases slightly.

In term of ROI for Public Universities, UW is often among the top 100 in the country.

Seventy-nine percent of University of Wyoming alumni would recommend the school to others and about 20 percent graduate with a degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) subject. Among the most popular jobs for graduates were Civil and Mechanical Engineers, HR Directors, Senior Accountants, and Software Engineers.
